Exercise a Little is All it Takes As an exercise enthusiast, the bad news is that less than 20% of the American population works out often enough or hard enough to experience the benefits of being fit. The good news is not everyone needs to or wants to exercise to "be fit." Just a little exercise can benefit you greatly. As little as 90 minutes a week (that's less than 14 minutes per day) of at-your-own-pace exercise can benefit you mentally and physically.
