...of our one-on-one first step program for simplifying your life and taking charge of your health.

Objective
Kate Larsen will work with you on four critical areas for positive, healthy living.

  • Your Inventory. First, your coach will help you define the purpose and direction of your life to move you closer to your "ideal self." 
  • Your Choices. Your coach assists you as you make choices to improve or enhance your health physically, emotionally, spiritually, relationally and/or intellectually. 
  • Your Plan. Your coach will build a bite sized, do-able plan to improve your lifestyle & work style habits and attitudes.
  • Your Benchmarks. Once you are on track, your coach will set appropriate benchmarks to help you stay on track so your choices are consistent and long-lasting.

How does it work?
This happens through a series of five one hour (or ten 30 minute) conferences and ongoing resource support over a period of approximately five to ten weeks. Kate will take you through the process and provide you with materials and assignments that need to be completed during the course of your relationship.

Special Note: While you are an active client, you have unlimited access to Kate via phone, fax and online communication.
